Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Preggo, including this website and the app.
The Service
Preggo is a pregnancy companion app for iPhone. It gives you week-by-week information about your body and your baby, gentle daily check-ins, and the option to share your pregnancy with a partner. It is designed to help you feel informed and supported.
You are responsible for keeping your device and your iCloud account secure, and for deciding what information you choose to enter or share.
Not Medical Advice
Preggo provides general educational information only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Always talk to your doctor or midwife about your health and your pregnancy, and follow their guidance. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away. Do not rely on Preggo to make medical decisions.
Your Content
You own the information you enter in Preggo, such as your dates, check-ins, and notes. It is stored in your own iCloud account.
If you invite a partner to share your pregnancy, you are responsible for choosing who you invite and what you share with them.
Purchases And Refunds
Preggo may offer free features and paid App Store purchases or subscriptions. Prices and availability may change before purchase.
Apple processes App Store payments, taxes, refunds, and purchase management. Refund requests and payment disputes must be handled through Apple unless the App Store directs otherwise.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Preggo, attempt to reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, interfere with its operation, or use it in any unlawful way.
Availability And Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Preggo. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
Disclaimers And Liability
Preggo is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Preggo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, for decisions made in reliance on the information in the app, or for loss of data caused by device failure, deletion, storage limits, or user action.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
