Privacy Policy

Preggo is built to be private. This policy explains what the website and app collect, what stays in your own iCloud, and how to reach us.

What Preggo Collects

Preggo is a pregnancy companion app. The information you add — your due date, the weekly updates you read, and check-ins such as mood, cravings, water, sleep, and symptoms — is created and stored in your own iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit. It is not uploaded to Preggo's own servers.

This website does not include account sign-up, checkout forms, advertising pixels, or advertising cookies set by Preggo.

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, device details, and message contents.

Your Health Information

Preggo handles pregnancy-related information that you choose to enter, such as symptoms, moods, and dates. This information stays in your iCloud account. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to target advertising.

Preggo provides general educational information to help you feel informed. It is not medical advice. Please see our Terms of Service.

Sharing With Your Partner

If you invite a partner, the pregnancy you choose to share is synced to them through Apple's CloudKit sharing. Only the people you invite can see it, and you can stop sharing at any time from the app.

Purchases

Preggo is distributed through the App Store. Apple processes App Store downloads, purchases, refunds, taxes, and payment details under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Preggo does not receive your full payment card details.

How Information Is Used

Support messages are used to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, improve Preggo, and keep basic records of our conversation.

The pregnancy data you enter is yours to view, edit, or delete from within the app at any time.

Sharing With Others

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate support or email, with Apple for App Store and iCloud functions, or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

Retention And Deletion

Your pregnancy data remains in your iCloud account until you delete it in the app, delete it from iCloud, or remove the app. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, business records, and legal obligations.

To request deletion of support information you sent us, contact us through our support page.

Children

Preggo is intended for expecting parents and other adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
